Adverse weather is forecast across much of the country through at least May 14. As of May 9, the Thai Meteorological Department has issued a weather warning for outbreaks of summer storms in northern and central regions May 9-10. Areas that may be affected by storms include most provinces across northern, northeastern, central, and eastern Thailand. Gusty winds, lightning, and hail are possible during thunderstorms.
