Thai Tourist Police wear new reflective jackets for enhanced public safety

The Tourist Police, led by the National Police Chief, have begun to wear new reflective jackets while ensuring public safety for both residents and tourists. The move, spearheaded by Police Lieutenant Colonel Saksira Pheuakam, aims to inspire confidence and security in the preservation of people’s lives and property as the festive season approaches.

The operation was launched at the centralwOrld shopping complex at the Ratchaprasong intersection, in line with the policies of Police Lieutenant General Torsak Sukvimol, the National Police Chief.

The new reflective jackets have been distributed to the police stations under the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, Provincial Police Regions 1-9, Central Investigation Bureau, and Tourist Police Bureau, or areas with significant tourist destinations.
