Given the clout of the restaurant’s backers (Australian entrepreneur Dennis Turner, who previously co-founded restaurant group Aylmer Aaharn with renowned chef David Thompson, formerly of World’s 50 Best restaurant Nahm in Bangkok), it’s time the rest of you knew.
