THAI posts sky-high revenue total in Q2

Figures up 74% YoY to reach B37.3bn

Thai Airways International (THAI) has reported its second-quarter performance with revenue totalling 37.3 billion baht, up 73.7% from the same period last year.

Chai Eamsiri, THAI’s CEO, revealed yesterday that the total revenue of THAI and its subsidiaries during this period jumped to 37.3 billion baht, an increase from 21.5 billion baht in 2022.

But the figure was 9.9% lower than in Q1 as the April to June period is the low season and sees the lowest travel rate of the year, he said.
