Thai navy officer filmed women going to the bathroom at hospital for many years: police

The Royal Thai Navy said late Thursday afternoon that a suspected perv in its ranks would be charged with violating military discipline after he was accused of secretly filming women using the toilet at a naval hospital – for over six years.

Admiral Somprasong Nilsamai condemned “such conduct” after Lt. Col. Kietikorn Mangkang was arrested by the police, who said his hidden cameras were discovered in the restrooms of the Queen Sirikit Naval Hospital in Chonburi province.

“There are still some people who misbehave, hurting public confidence,” he said after listing navy good deeds and praising his “hard working” sailors. “I condemn such conduct, and he will be punished to the utmost to maintain our honor, and the honor of the people’s brothers and sisters forever!”
