Thai Elite – are perks/rules/fees “fixed” ?

Hi,

I was thinking of buying the Elite Easy Access (5Y) which gives me the option, within 5 years, to upgrade to Elite Extension (20Y) for 400k.

You guys who have been around for some years, what’s your experiencing of TE honoring the conditions **set when the contract is entered**?

I mailed with one of the largest firms acting as certified agents to the program and they said: although the legal writing gives TE the option to change all the fees and perks without any interruption or say, they believe reputation damage would be too severe for it to actually happened.

*I’m confident there will be price increases some day, and that’s not really the main point of discussion today (thanks).*
