In a meeting on 29 July 2021, the executives of Thai AirAsia explained to employees that in the past the airline had tried to find a solution to the problem. Whether it’s workforce turnover (lwp), flight cuts, debt negotiations, and applying for soft loans to support employment in the next year.

- Inactive Employees (Not Working) Delay 25% Pay in September 2021
for August 2021
- The company will temporarily cease all business operations. Therefore, it is necessary for employees to stop working 100% in order to qualify for social security benefits.
