Tesla arrives in Thailand, and its cars are close behind

Two Tesla EVs can now be reserved from the automaker in Thailand, weeks before they are expected to hit the road.

The Tesla Model 3 and Model Y can both be reserved online for expected delivery in the first quarter of 2023. The Model 3 sedan is priced at THB1.76 million ($50,000) and the Model Y SUV runs THB1.96 million ($56,000), the automaker announced last night.

Two other cars unveiled were the Model X, a midsize luxury model with double-hinged wing doors, and the Model S, Tesla’s signature liftback auto. Interested drivers can stay tuned for updates from the Tesla website.
