Hi all! I work for an Australian company and am allowed to work remote for 6 weeks per year. I am looking at visas and I’m really confused and can’t figure out the information I’m looking for: am I allowed to work remote for 6 weeks in Thailand? Or even 1 or 2?
The reason I need to know is because my employer requires some hard evidence that I have the legal right to do this.
I’ve looked at Thailand’s long-term resident visa program and it’s not really suitable since I won’t be there long term and don’t want to pay double tax.
Other websites seem to indicate that its not legal. Has anyone got a source I could look at about this? Much appreciated!!!
