On Saturday 19th December, Michelin starred Chef Henk Savelberg of Savelberg Bangkok is reuniting with his former protegee, Chef Rick Dingen of Madison, to create a flawless French flair menu designed to complement the exquisite flavour notes of Dom Pérignon’s finest years of champagnes.
