Surprise! ‘Bo.lan’ back next week for special dining sessions

Many were heartbroken when Bo.lan announced its permanent closure last year. But forever turned out to be about 10 months, as the power couple – chefs Duangporn “Bo” Songvisava and Dylan Jones – next week will open a new “special dining experience” at the same establishment. 

Starting Monday and on occasion after that, Bo.lan’s fine-dining meals still follow Bo.lan’s zero-waste philosophy and celebrate local ingredients. Each seating is THB4,800, while a wine pairing is another THB3,200. 

Seats are very limited, however, with only a few rounds per month. Each round can accommodate up to 12 seats. Diners must reserve in advance; more information is available online.
