Superbon Singha Mawynn was originally scheduled to defend his ONE featherweight kickboxing world title against No.1 ranked Chingiz “Chinga” Allazov next weekend, but an injury has forced the latter to withdraw.
Now, Superbon will meet No.5 ranked contender Tayfun “Turbine” Ozcan in the co-main event of ONE Fight Night 2 on Oct 1 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Ozcan last stepped into the circle in February, when he scored a unanimous decision over the always aggressive K1 world champion Enriko Kehl.
Prior to that, he lost to Thai star Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong in the ONE featherweight kickboxing world grand prix semi-finals.
