It is imminent for the opening of the PTT Oil and Retailing Company or OR, creating a buzz for small investors. Because analysts see it as a stock with relatively high valuation.

2. Prepare a minimum of 5,400 baht (reserve a minimum of 300 shares at a price of 18 baht per share).

Both channels will open for reservations on January 24, 2021 from 9:00 a.m.

PTT shareholder

Must first verify that they hold PTT shares before January 5, 2021, which will receive 95.1997 per OR 1 share.

1. Go to the Kasikorn Bank website To subscribe according to the system https://www.kasikornbank.com/th/KMyInvest/PTTOR/IPO
2. Pay via K PLUS or bring documents to pay at the counter. (ID card must match the person who reserved)

For offline booking

• Submit the documents at Kasikorn Bank (Head office)
• Submit documents through a broker that already has an account.

Both channels will be open for reservations from 25 January 2021 from 9:00 am onwards.
