I’m looking for a studio space/commercial space from bts Siam to phrom phong, anywhere in between there and ideally close to the stations. I have seen other studios that you can rent, but I’d just like my own space.
I’d be looking for a room with something like 10-20sqm for the acoustics. It can be a bare room with windows as I would install all my own equipment and sound proofing.
Is it ok to lease a space and use it for making music or is there any rules that I may be not aware of.
Budget would be up to 20k.
Is there websites that I can check that’s specifically for this, as the ones I’ve found only seem to offer work spaces for offices, or offices themselves. I’d assume it would be an issue to rent an office and making noise during the day.
