Gurugram-based SRF, a diversified chemicals conglomerate, has set up a new five-layer BOPP line with the latest technology from Bruckner Germany in the Rayong Province of Kingdom of Thailand. It is one of the biggest five-layer extrusion line in the world with line speed of 600-m/min and 8.3 MT/hr output with yearly production capacity of 60,000 MT of finished goods. This line is equipped with latest stretching technology chain, MDO, scanner, loader and unloader trolley and provisioned for installation of inline coater.
It is also equipped with two latest technology cranes with provision of automatic jumbo rotation line and is well-supported with latest technology, fully-loaded two primary slitter, a secondary slitter and a pan cake slitter.
