Spending cash excluding accommodation and flights

I’ll be in SEA for at least 3 months and am just doing some basic research into spending cash for my trip.
I’ve covered accommodation and flights, but would like to budget for spendings such as food, sightseeing, etc.
How much per day, week, or month would you budget?
Would 1000AUD a month be sufficient? I am not on a shoe string budget but am careful with money and do not drink or smoke.
