Siblings surrender following fatal shooting in Sichon mall

Two siblings, 21 year old Jeerasak and 15 year old Jeerawat handed themselves over to the authorities at Sichon station last night, December 1, following a fatal shooting.

The pair were implicated in the fatal shooting of 18 year old Khanisorn Chan-u-thai in a department store in the Sichon district. The incident was confirmed by Police Lieutenant Colonel Bundit Sukhavisit, Sichon station’s deputy chief, today, December 2.

The fatal shooting unfolded in the car park of the shopping complex on the night of November 30, immediately following Khanisorn’s exit from a cinema within the mall. The brothers targeted their rival and initiated an attack. Khanisorn attempted to flee, but the two siblings gave chase, with one firing three rounds that hit him in the chest. The attackers hastily retreated from the site on a motorbike.
