Short-term Rentals Pong Noi

Hello,

I’ll be spending around three months in CM this year and am looking to rent a house in a leafy area like Pong Noi, Mae Rim etc.

I’ve always found Perfect Homes to be a great agent in the past, but, I guess I’d need to commit to at least six months with them, which I can’t.

Have looked on Airbnb, it’s a bit thin on houses, not interested in renting a condo.

Budget will be around 20,000 baht a month. Any tips on where to look would be greatly appreciated.
