Seeking Recommendations: A Place for My Friend’s Detox Journey

Hi, my friend has decided to stop drinking or at least change his habbits.
Ideally, I are looking for a detox facility or retreat center that specializes in addiction recovery and offers a compassionate and holistic approach. However there some things that are some catches

\- Preferably Chiang Mai or Northern Regions, Subburbs or Countryside (no Islands)
\- Not too spiritual or esoteric
\- Affordable (google shows things around 50k+)

I find it hard to pick something since I have no expirience with these things. Any Help would be really appriciated. He is a Westerner around 40yo and going home for detox is not on option because of the social enviroment which lead him to drinking in the first place.
