Schwab debit card withdrawal VS. XE money transfer service, which one gives better exchange rate?

I’m going to move to Thailand in a few months. I’m US citizen and also Thai citizen living in the US for a long time but get tired of it. I’m trying to figure how I’m going to get cash while living aboard. I know Schwab gives 100% ATM fee reimbursement that other bank’s ATM charges you, but I wonder how the exchange rate is going to be when withdraw cash from Schwab debit card in Thailand versus sending money to Thai bank by XE money transfer service? Anyone has experienced similar to my situation? Appreciate your answers and advices 🙏
