Hey,
I am currently in salary negotiations with a Thai company (with customers in Europe as well) as a Western European engineer in automotive section.
I have a question regarding the expected salary.
From searches and everything I know the required minimum wage for Western European human beings is 50.000 baht.
After first offering me 45k, then 50k and now 55k plus a joining bonus, I am still a little bit confused. I have a couple of years work experience, best grades and skyrocketed my career in my homecountry making it to a leading position only 8 months after finishing university.
I can also speak solid Thai.
I don’t know if I am just expecting to much or not.
Can you guys give me some insight what you think?
