Hey guys.
I know remote work is kind of a grey area in regards to visas etc. But if I understand it correctly, it’s illegal to work, even remotely/online if you’re doing work that could be done by a thai person.
I’m a Swedish citizen, pay taxes in Sweden, and own an online marketing business with a couple of European clients.
I want to stay in Thailand for a couple of months to a year (or more) and keep running my business from there.
Is that legal? If not, how can I make it legal?
