Rong Sabiang: On Nut greenscape gets resto with farm-fresh fare

Set in a sprawling urban development so green not even Bangkok’s pollution can fully blot out the feeling of wellness, Rong Sabiang is the new sun-dappled sanctuary for On Nutters.

Located inside the “green lifestyle community” sprawl of developer Sansiri’s T77 community just beside an expansive open field boasting an organic farm studded with duck ponds, chicken coops and rows of pesticide-free veggies, Rong Sabiang serves classic Thai fare and Western comfort food made with fresh finds from the garden. 

The restaurant is run by Nuttawat “Ball” Tarapiban, owner and chef of Rongros near Tha Tien pier. Start your morning with the Farmhouse Granola (THB150) served with fresh fruit and yogurt drizzled with honey.
