Retirement visa

Anyone who already has a retirement visa, would you please advise on the correct way to get one? I’ve seen so many websites that are contradictory and not consistent. So I’m not looking for a reference to a website unless you can attest it is legitimate. Preferably, I’m looking for someone who actually has experience getting a retirement visa and can advise on how to. I’m older than 50 and have had the required amount in the bank for more than two months.
