Renting a hybrid or road bike – Old City area.

Hello everyone, may someone recommend a place to rent a bicycle here in the Old City area?

I don’t want to rent a scooter or motorcycle, just a bike to ride around the Old City and I’ll take taxis if I have to go farther, I don’t feel confident in my scooter riding skills, maybe an electric one like the ones in China perhaps (maximum speed 20-25 mph) would be okay but I haven’t seen those small electric scooters around, I have only seen the gasoline ones which go much faster.
