Recommendation for food lover

Hi all,
It’s my 3rd trip to thailand.
I am interested in food. I study about food, spices. History of food.
I like cooking and can cook variety of food.
I am not a food vlogger. I want to try the street food in bangkok.
In my last trip, I tried the papaya salad, the pork neck spicy soup, the noodle soup, basil chicken.
Somehow missed the pad kra pao.
I am learning thai cooking as well.
Plz recommend me your favourite places in bangkok where I can try best Street foods.
Northern, southern, Issan, Malay influenced, India influenced everything.
Is terminal 21 food court worth a visit ?
Is there any market which is specially popular for food ?
