Real estate agent/lawyer?

I’m seriously interested in buying real estate in Chiang Mai. I’ve begun researching the laws for foreigners owning real estate. I would love to meet with an agent that can show me some properties and help guide me through the initial processes, landscape. They should be fluent in English and familiar with both US and Thai investment strategy and customs. I’m currently focused on the area west of the airport between 121 and the mountains. Any help appreciated, first hand experience preferred.
