Hello, I’m an American looking to get a motorbike license (I have an American driver’s license for a car). The attached picture is from the CM Provincial Land Transport website.
1. I’ve seen on other websites that a 1 hour training course and one 5-hour training course are required to get a license, but this scan from the CM [website](https://old.dlt.go.th/site/chiangmai/m-news/12436/view.php?_did=40156) only seems to mention a 1 hour course.
2. What is the section with the smiley face referring to “if you don’t have a license”? Does it mean if you don’t have a Thai license or no license at all?
3. I found this list of [accredited private schools](https://old.dlt.go.th/site/chiangmai/m-news/10649/view.php?_did=30386) as of 2021. Any recs of which to go to?
