Just flew into DMK today after spending 16 days abroad and figured that’d be enough time that it wouldn’t trigger them as a “visa run” but that’s exactly what they said I was doing today upon trying to enter at DMK.
They said they believed im living in Thailand and misusing the visa waiver. I told them I just like visiting often.
They said I should apply for an official tourist visa if I want to come back in again unless I spend at least a month out then it *might* not be a problem
Wondering if anybody else faced this issue, what happened, if there were any repercussions etc. What was your experience
