Hello all,
I’ve (US Citizen) been trying to finance a new phone through any of the mobile providers. But, I can’t seem to get a straight answer from any of the employees.
I have a thai bank acct (KBank). I have a long term residence. Money.
A lot of the websites have the main bits in English but the qualifications are in Thai.
Ive tried emailing support, calling (all automated), to get clarification. When I go into a store, it’s a different story depending on who you talk to and it’s never all of the information. At the store, they will tell me, “you need X-y-z.” I come back with X-y-z and am told I need something else.
What do I do? Should I finance it from back home and have it shipped out? Or, is there someone I can speak with that would have the answer locally?
Sorry all. Frustrated with the process and would appreciate any help.
