Thailand coach Mano Polking apologised to home fans after the War Elephants failed to reach the King’s Cup final following a penalty shoot-out defeat against Malaysia in Chiang Mai on Thursday night.
Malaysia won 5-3 on penalties after a 1-1 draw in 90 minutes of the four-team tournament.
