Please help with surgery matter

Hi guys!

I was lucky enough to fall from scooter and break my collarbone. A couple of orthopaedic doctors told me that no surgery is needed but it does not look good on X-rays, however the fracture is pretty common type and I thought maybe it’s better to have a surgery.
Two hospitals quoted me with 400k for surgery which is absurdly high for a basic surgery.
Have anyone had this kind of surgery in Bangkok and can recommend hospital?
