Please help my butt

Hey folks,

Decided to have some invasive surgery done to my hemmeroids while living in Thailand. Lovely experience except for pain management. I am a large man, and I am really suffering with the recovery.

So far I have been prescribed a single paracemtol or something like that, pain killer 200 mg, ONCE A DAY, and have been given ibuprofen and Tylenol. I feel like the dosing is wayyyy off because of my size, I’m in a ton of pain, but I don’t want to be rude or disrespectful. What can I do?
