Planning on moving to Thailand.

Young guy from jersey looking to move to Thailand probably by next year. Atleast bringing 20K usd to help me settle in over there. I’ve been before and coming back again this September for vacation. Will stay for 3-4 weeks. I love the lifestyle in bkk. Open to checking out new areas in Thailand as well. Any advice on looking for a job? I hear most foreigners start off by teaching English. Like what job would be easy to get but also pays decent. Also any recommendations on we’re to live and check condos out.
