Places to propose in/around Pattaya?

Hey! I’ll be back in Thailand in a couple months and want to propose to my lady while we’re there. She is Thai, her dad lives in Pattaya so we’ll be there visiting for about a month. Basically I’m wondering is there any nice romantic picturesque places there where I could pop the Q. Its ok if it’s a little outside the city as well have a car rented. TIA
