I am visiting on the 20th of October – with the intention to stay 2 days near boat avenue and 2 days at old town for food and night market.
Google indicates that the rainy season should end by then, however it seems like the same time last year the entire town was flooded.
What are the general expectations from the night market in old town during Mid-End October?
Compared to end October would end September or mid/end November be better?
