I am planning on coming from The United States and visiting Bangkok in December. How do I go about getting a phone once I get there so I can still communicate with my family while I am there? I don’t believe my phone carrier has any sort if international plan. But I would at least like to let them know I have arrived safe. Do I need to buy a prepaid phone while I’m there? Or is there other options. TIA.
