My mother (73F from Taiwan) has decided to move to Thailand and she has already rented a condo near Central Embassy. However she is out there on her own with no family or friends. She would like to use a service or hire someone, kind of like a hotel concierge or personal assistant, to check in on her on a regular or weekly basis: help her book appointments, take care of admin like postage, take her places to eat, keep her company etc. regularly. Budget is very flexible but ideally need someone trustworthy who knows Bangkok well and can speak Chinese or English.
