In case you somehow didn’t notice, it’s the first Valentine’s Day in three years that’s celebratable. Those still struggling to decide where to go should know that now through Feb. 28, Peppina is whipping up some of its cutest dishes for the lovey-dovey ever.
On a recent visit, we enjoyed a fresh shot of mozzarella cheese and sweet minced beetroot with a rich pink cream that’s the heart-shaped ravioli (THB310). Another romantic dish was their pizza innamonata (THB510). The pizza gets the same heartfelt treatment as the ravioli. The chef is very generous with his tender capocollo Corsican pork cold cuts, which pair beautifully with the mild creaminess of taleggio cheese and nutty grana padano.
