Pattaya beach in Chon Buri will be the venue for the final “Olympic Day Walk-Run” of 2022, which is scheduled for Sept 10 at 6pm.
Organised by the Olympic Committee of Thailand, this is the first time that the race will be held on the sand, giving participants of all ages a greater challenge but reducing the impact on their knees and ankles, with the distances being shortened to 2.8km and 5km.
