The energetic Pattaya Marathon 2023, set for the 22nd and 23rd of July will generate as much as 120 million baht for the city, according to Mayor Poramase Ngampiches.
The mayor held a press conference on July 13th to announce the city’s readiness to host the 30th Pattaya Marathon 2023.
According to him, more than 14,000 runners from 52 countries have already registered and are fully prepared to showcase their strength and endurance along Beach Road and other areas in Pattaya. This is expected to be the largest number of participants ever for the marathon and a full recovery after the event was limited or canceled during the Covid-19 crisis.
