The Thai Meteorological Department has announced that the upper parts of Thailand are experiencing very hot weather, advising against prolonged outdoor activities. Meanwhile, in the southern region, there are scattered thunderstorms in some areas. In the Bangkok metropolitan area and its vicinity, the weather is generally hot with some thunderstorms occurring in about 10% of the area.
The Meteorological Department forecasts low atmospheric pressure due to the prevailing heat covering the upper parts of Thailand.
