Hey, you always see these videos where orthopedics do lots of cracking and putting the bones back in place (sorry for the bad English and description).
I am looking for such a place in Bangkok. I don’t have a specific problem or pain. But I suspect my spine is not in perfect form. Those Thai massages feel like heaven so I am sure a real pro can even do more good stuff. Any recommendations in Bangkok besides expensive hospitals?
I hear some people get their migraines fixed or even improved digestion by fixing orthopedic problems. So I wanna try that out just for the fun.
Also I would like to try some acupuncture for migraines and food intolerances. Nothing to lose. Any recommendations for a very knowledgeable acupuncture specialist?
Edit: one more question, the mattress in my condominium is really hard and my sleep is so bad due to that. Anything I can buy to make it better without buying a mattress? Maybe some special blanket to put under me?
