Ordering Meal prep in BKK

Hi,

Firstly I am fully aware BKK has a plethora of awesome food on the street and in restaurants. But since moving here I don’t always want to go out to eat and also I don’t want to eat sticky rice twice a day (well I do, but also don’t want to be fat) so I’m looking for a healthy and easy alternative.

Has anyone used a meal prep delivery service that’s reasonably priced? The few I’ve looked at were THB300+ per meal. I want to be healthy, but not for that price. Lol
