Ordering Food Online Then Gets a Call

I use apps or sometimes a their website to order food online to avoid the hassle of having to talk to a person because my ability to speak/understand Thai is very limited.

As soon as I place my order… I GET A CALL from someone who does not speak english at all asking me where I live. I have my complete address in the order page. Why do they have to ask me where I live? I also have landmarks IN THAI inserted in the address

My house is not that easy to miss. I do not understand why they always do that?

Happened again today when I ordered pizza online. I immediately get a call asking me where I live. I would understand delivery guys asking if there’s someone home but this always happens when I order form KFC, Pizza Company, even from McDonalds.

AARRGGGHHHH!
