Court overrules compensation order
The Central Administrative Court yesterday overruled an arbitration tribunal’s order for the Ministry of Transport and the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) to pay multi-billion baht compensation in the Hopewell saga.
As a result, the ministry and the SRT will not have to pay the huge compensation to Hopewell (Thailand).
