The appointment took effect on January 1.
According to a statement issued on Thursday, Arak Sutivong was named CEO of DataX and chairman of the board of directors of InnovestX, while Mrs. Boontip Kritchaikul was named CEO of InnovestX.
Arak will use cutting-edge technologies such as big data, data science, and artificial intelligence to pave the path for growth, the group said.
Meanwhile, Boontip will lead in investment and digital asset services across ASEAN in her new role. The focus will be on laying the groundwork for future financial advancements, exploring new investment opportunities, and ensuring efficient, sustainable growth, the company said.
