GSA management led by Ratthaphol Cheunsomchit, centre, join the groundbreaking ceremony for the new 20MW data centre in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan province.
Gulf Energy Development, Singapore Telecommunications (Singtel) and Advanced Info Service (AIS) have started construction of a new data centre with a capacity of more than 20 megawatts.
The data centre will be operated by GSA Data Center Co, a joint venture between the three companies.
The facility is designed to be a best-in-class hyperconnected data centre with state-of-the-art technologies, a high level of security systems, efficient energy management, and the incorporation of renewable energy to reduce its carbon footprint.
