Need help finding accommodation near tiger muay thai

I travelled by myself for the first time last year to train at Tiger muay thai in phuket, I loved it and want to come back for more. My first time I stayed for just a month but this time I want to stay for a year. I definitely spent too much money last time by staying at the gym and buying the prepaid meal card (which I only could use at tiger’s overpriced restaurant). Since I’m staying for a lot longer I would like to know if anyone recommends any apartments locally to Tiger and maybe if there are any scooter rentals that won’t be a scam.
