Need Advice : applying in the Thai Consulate in Bali a viable option ?

My and my wife are planning to go ti Thailand for Honeymoon , I have booked everything as I assumed that the Thai consulate in Tunisia is still open ( we are both Tunisian passport holders and we require visa to enter Thailand)
I have been there 3 times already but now it’s the first time with my wife.
No problems with getting the visa , the issue is where to request if the consulate in Tunisia is closed ?
Is applying in the Thai Consulate in Bali a viable option ? Did anyone go through a similar experience ?
Or should I just scrap it from my plans
FYI : I’ll be in Bali for a week , usually that’s enaugh to issue a visa (2-3 days)
